I'm trying to build up my immune system with different supplements and natural juices, but I still struggle with fatigue and mental fogginess from time-to-time. I take Chin-Up when I'm feeling sluggish and fatigued, and it really helps. I try to limit my coffee and caffeine intake, but sometimes I have no choice but to eat or drink something to get through the day. Chin-Up refreshes me, and doesn't have the sugar/caffeine drop an hour after I drink it.
